Privacy Policy

Third Channel LLC ("Third Channel Audio," "we," "us") makes audio software for post production. This policy explains what information we collect through thirdchannelaudio.com and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Email signups. If you join our mailing list or request a trial, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name.
• Messages you send us. If you contact support or email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
• Purchases. Orders are processed by our reseller, FastSpring, which collects your payment and billing details. We receive your name, email, country, and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
• Licensing. Our plugins are licensed through PACE iLok. Activating a license is handled by your iLok account, under PACE's privacy policy.
• Basic site data. Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, and may use essential cookies to make the site work.

How we use it

• To deliver trials, licenses, downloads, and updates
• To answer support requests
• To send product news and emails you signed up for
• To keep the site working and secure, and to understand how it is used

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers that handle data on our behalf: Webflow (website hosting), MailerLite (email), FastSpring (checkout, payments, and sales tax), and PACE (iLok licensing). Each processes your information under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.

Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may still send messages about a purchase, license, or support request you made.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email admin@thirdchannelaudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

International users

We are based in the United States, and the services we use may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep what we hold safe and to collect as little as possible.

Children

Our site and products are intended for professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
